The experiential workshop gives employees an opportunity to slow down, focus on their health, and better understand how their body functions. It encourages a proactive approach to physical wellbeing and supports the development of sustainable habits.

The workshop is divided into three parts:

PART 1 (30 minutes)

  • theoretical introduction to posture, muscle tension, and overload
  • understanding the connection between body and mind
  • workplace ergonomics and adjustments
  • the role of nutrition, minerals, and vitamins in musculoskeletal health

PART 2 (60 minutes)

  • training correct sitting, standing, and breathing techniques
  • practical exercises to support proper posture
  • mobility and relief techniques for pain
  • short relaxation methods suitable for the workday

PART 3 (30 minutes)

  • individual questions and expert answers
  • practical examples and real-life case insights
  • recommendations for compensating sedentary work
  • open discussion and experience sharing
